Mr. Stinar will assume the CEO role from co-founder Dick Hebert, who will become the Chairman of the Board of Directors. While Mr. Hebert will continue to be involved in the oversight of the business, his day-to-day involvement will become less.

Prior to jointing D & D, Mr. Stinar was a Shareholder in the Grand Forks, ND office of Brady, Martz & Associates, P.C., a regional CPA Firm. In addition to his client service responsibilities, Mr. Stinar served as the Firm’s President from 1999 to 2009. More recently, most of Mr. Stinar’s client service work included business planning, business advisory to closely held businesses, business valuations, and consulting on purchases and sales of businesses. Mr. Stinar has worked with D & D in this capacity for the past 15 years.

Damian Cooper has joined D & D Commodities Ltd. As a District Sales Manager. Cooper will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the Western United States. Specifically, he will be working with accounts in Washington, Oregon and California.
Cooper has more than 15 years of valuable experience as a national and regional account manager with a strong emphasis on collaborating with customers to create product and service loyalty while achieving sales and gross profit targets.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee-Knoxville with a Bachelors degree in Business with a Marketing emphasis, Brian joins D & D with 15 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry – predominately in lawn and garden.
