Bio:

Kari Biesendorfer is the Human Resources Manager for D&D Commodities Ltd., where she leads people-focused programs and partners with leadership to support employees and drive HR initiatives across the Stephen, MN and Greeley, CO facilities. She joined D&D Commodities in 2012. Kari brings extensive experience in employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and benefits administration, and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee growth. Kari holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
