Bio:

Kari Biesendorfer joined D&D Commodities in 2012 and serves as Human Resources Manager. She partners with other leaders across the organization to develop people strategies that support business objectives and organizational success. In her role, Kari oversees human resources for D&D's Minnesota and Colorado operations, as well as the company's remote workforce, including the sales team. She guides D&D's human resources strategy and initiatives in partnership with business leaders, including talent acquisition, leadership development, employee relations, organizational development, workforce planning, compliance, and succession planning.
Passionate about developing leaders, strengthening teams, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture, Kari enjoys helping people and organizations succeed. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
