Shawn came to D&D with experience in teamwork, hard work, determination, and problem solving from his years of experience as a Football Coach. He also has several years’ experience as a Transportation Coordinator and even previously worked at D&D in the Argyle Plant. He continues to learn and develop his professional skills while handling the shipping scheduling and planning for Stephen, MN and Greeley, CO.
